Let's talk about games!

If you have a specific game design demand, want to license one of my games or just want to talk about a strange game that only we both remember, I would love to talk! You can contact me by e-mail or social media:

Frequently asked questions

Maybe I already have the answer you are looking for!

Can I hire you as a software engineer/front-end web developer?

Well, it's my job for 10+ years after all! I'm already working 40h/week as a developer, and have a lot of games to create, but if you have a cool project, why not? HTML + CSS + JavaScript is where I shine, I've had experiences with mostly all frameworks in the market (React, Vue, Angular, Eleventy) and learning new things is not a problem. Get in touch!

Do you work with digital games as well?

I started my game design journey on digital games and I majored in Computer Science because of that, so, I would love to go back someday in interesting projects. Probably if the game is closer to a board game, I think you will trust me more and I'll be more comfortable from the start, but puzzles are also a specialty of mine.

Can I license one of your published games in my country?

Yes, please! Most of my games were published only in Brazil, so I would love to see those designs travelling the world. If it is a title that I still have license outside the country, we can talk directly. If not, I can help connect you with the original publisher.

Do you can give a talk/workshop for my company/community?

Sometimes, people need to ask me to stop talking! I would love to prepare a talk or workshop and share (and learn) more about game design with the world. Please, send me a message and we can schedule!

Can I invite you for a interview/podcast/internet thingy?

Again, I'll never refuse an opportunity to talk a lot. Just send me a message and we can schedule something. I'm comfortable with Portuguese and English, and I can try my rusty Spanish if you ask me.

Do you really can design a game for my brand/IP/specific demand?

Yes! For some time now, I'm working close with publishers to design games that can fit those specific needs. I can adapt my process depending of how your company works, and we can find together a way to make great games that will fit your catalog. The Jetsons is a great example of a design I created closely for an IP!

Do you want to co-design a game with me?

At least half of the games on my workbench right now are being designed with other amazing people, so I'm always looking forward new partners. Of course, if we don't know each other yet, it can be a little bit awkward on the beginning, but send me an idea and we can see how it goes from there.

Can I send you a game key to get a review/social post?

Right now, I'm focusing more on creating new games instead of producing content. That said, I'll probably find a new medium to talk about them in the future, but it'll probably be focused on recommendations and design discussions than reviews, so I can't promise content for anything you send to me. (Writing about games that I didn't liked was one of the reasons I stopped writing for a while, to be honest)

If that's OK to you and your team, just get in touch! At least, I can provide some personal feedback about the game as a player and a designer.
